I have always loved dogs, long before I managed to convince my parents to welcome one into our
home when I was four years old. Apparently, my tactic to persuade them was running through the
house on my hands and knees and barking – that story still makes rounds in my family. Since then
there has always been a dog in my life.
My interest in canine nutrition was sparked by the arrival of my own dog into my grown-up life. I
wanted to know what to feed her to keep her health at the optimal level – how do I ensure my dog
gets the best dog food? Along the way, I learned that there is no such thing as ‘the best dog food’
because nutrition is not one size fits all. What works for one dog might not work for another. By
immersing myself in the science of canine nutrition, I have gained the knowledge necessary to help
people choose a good quality diet for their dogs.
Why do I collaborate with Dogsways?
Julia’s holistic approach to dog training resonates with my own philosophy: each dog is a unique
combination of genes, past experiences, and current external factors. This mix finds its outing in the
behavior of this fascinating four-legged creature. I like helping people to understand what their
dogs need in order to be balanced, happy canines. I believe you need to look at the full picture,
which is why I expanded my skills to dog training.
